Job Description
- You will plan and organize your team’s work to ensure production goals are achieved
- You will plan and optimize equipment operation
- You will build, develop, and motivate your team
- You will ensure open and transparent communication within the team about set goals, performance results, and share relevant company updates and news
- You will follow health and safety requirements and standards, and ensure your team adheres to them as well
- You will work in rotating shifts (day and night shifts)
Requirements
- Experience working in a manufacturing company and understanding of production processes
- Strong planning, organizational, and analytical thinking skills
- Proven leadership abilities and a desire to help your team reach higher performance standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to react quickly
- Previous experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage

Industrial Electrician – Automation
Job Description
- You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of the electrical and automation systems of production equipment
- You will contribute to increasing production capacity and efficiency
- You will carry out regular and scheduled inspections of the electrical and automation components of machinery and equipment
- You will work in rotating shifts (day and night shifts)
Requirements
- A technical or related field education
- Experience working as an electrician or automation technician, maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment
- Valid VK electrical safety qualification certificate
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, technical drawings, and equipment manuals in English
- Strong computer skills
- A responsible, detail-oriented person capable of making independent decisions
- Willingness to learn and grow together with the team

- Manage data using the MONITOR production management software
- Utilize various tools required during the production process

Requirements

- Computer skills
